Any additional info: selling this phone for a friend. he got it about a month or so ago as a replacement device for a previous Torch that went nuts on him. this one is still in great shape, screen is mint. two small scuffs on the outer edge of the phone, but they arent bad at all. everything works 100%. i dont know if this was a refurb or not....it doesnt say anything about it in the BUYR menu. i dont think its unlocked, but i can unlock it for you before shipping.
