Shipping to Canada shouldn't add TOO much of a premium. He originally wanted 400 shipped, now he's saying 350 shipped. Why don't you offer him say 375 shipped to ship it to Canada, that should MORE than cover the extra shipping. :)
Hi, I'm asking $350 now and not because it has ANYTHING wrong with it.
I will ship it to Canada for $350 but please give me your postal code as I've shipped to Canada before and locations outside of UPS routes have a premium on them.
With a city/postal code I can give you a proper quote.
If it's standard I will ship free if they will charge me extra we would have to work it out but shouldn't be much more at all.
