Also, I have just updated the firmware on the BlackBerry to be OS 4.5.0.162. This is the latest firmware available for the device. Having this firmware installed, insures the phone will run the smoothest possible. Prior firmwares distributed by T-Mobile & AT&T Wireless were notorious for their problems with memory leaks (i.e. OS 4.2.x.xxx).
