hey thanks for the interest in the phone. It comes with:custom white bezel, white/black battery door, Tools for changing bezel, 1GB micro SD Card, Battery, and the Phone. It is not unlocked unfortunately and it is on t mo. It could be unlocked but that would possibly have to be an extra fee added on. I am tight on $ right now, which is why I am selling the phones.
