    Item Description: Verizon BlackBerry 9650
    Price Range: $60-75
    Condition: 9/10 - LNIB
    Payment Method: Paypal
Additional Info: Device must have clean ESN, and be ULTRA-CLEAN to BNIB. I'm very picky. It would be nice to have box, but it must have USB & charger.

I have a 9930, which includes extra life battery and battery charger (plus the regular battery). I would have to get more though. I have it listed at 150, but I could work with you.

Having used both the 9650 and 9930 extensively, I can tell you the 9930 is lightyears ahead of the 9650 in both form and function. Although the two models are only a year apart in release dates is feels like a DECADE when you compare the two side by side.

Never a big fan of the 9900/9930. Too big and thin for my taste. Really looking for a 9650...but thanks!

Too bad you're not on Sprint. Well, too bad for me as I'm offering a 9650 in pristine condition for Sprint. Not too bad for you though. Sprint is a train wreck. I moved to Verizon from Sprint and couldn't be happier. Good luck with your search. While I maintain the 9930 is a better device, what's important is finding the right device for your own personal needs/tastes. Nothing wrong with the 9650 either. It was one of the most trouble-free BlackBerrys I've ever owned and a huge upgrade from the 9630 Tour.

If the device is unlocked, OP can use it on Verizon

Nope. Neither Verizon nor Sprint will activate a device they did not sell themselves, even if they offered the exact same model. If the IMEI is not in Verizon's database it will not get activated.

I have a 9650 for Verizon, but it is far from mint. It's not bad, but it is used. I would let it go for cheap. No box, clean ESN, and a USB cable. Still on OS5 actually, so you know it is old. LMK if you are interested.

It is not so much whether they actually sold it or not, but you are correct Rambo neither VZW nor Sprint have an open ESN/IMEI policy, so neither will allow a phone to be activated that is not in their own database, especially if it is in the database of the other carrier, better chance of getting a bad ESN activated. And it is never gonna happen between these two carriers, never has, never will.
