    Good question. Hope this doesn't apply here...but because of a rash of phones being offered for sale or trade recently with existing financial obligations still in place, here is a new rule/guideline:

    "Selling/Including (mentioning) of taking over/continuing existing carrier contracts will not be allowed. Carrier financed or devices with carrier liens are not allowed."

    I did get it through the payment plan then next check simply paid it off. I am frustrated with the phone and the experience and know there is no way for me to get back remotely what I put out in a timely manner and rather just sell it and be done with it.

    The modle I will have to check on when I get off work and get home. I don't call it off the top of my head.
