I bought this phone as a spare phone because I was selling my Curve and picking up a Bold 9000. I needed something to use for the week of not having a phone. My RAZR which was my other spare, it's battery had completely died, so I picked this up. It was basically brand new. Guy had never used it. I have used it for about a week. It is in excellent condition. No scratches, no nothing. I will add pics below. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Not trying to demean you or your Treo, but thats an old phone. You can pick one up on Ebay in mint cond. for around $75.

Im not trying to "ruin" your thread. Im trying to tell you in a nice fashion that your pricing is WAY out of line with the rest of the free world. I guarantee you I can buy that phone for $75. Anyway, not going to get in a flame war with you, good luck on your sale
