This was another replacement from T-Mobile, so it is either new or refurbished. The phone should register a 1 year warranty period automatically with the first phone number it is used on. All plastics are intact. The battery cover was from the original device and has some scuffs on it, which can be seen in the photos below

This phone is a T-Mobile device, but has been unlocked for any GSM service.
