The phone works flawlessly, and is running FW 3.1.2. As with any Iphone I get, I did a full restore to 3.1.2, then did the Jailbreak and unlock process myself, as I don't trust other people
. I used it myself, but I really don't need 16 GB, so there's no sense in keeping it. The condition rating is due mainly to a ~<1" vertical scratch on the back of the housing near the bottom. Aside from that, it has some scuffs on the back cover and edges from being in a pocket, as well as some marks near the home button, which I could not get to show up in the pictures. MMS is fully functioning, as is tethering. Potential buyers are more than welcome to request additional pictures.
