This phone is literally two weeks old. My wife had a 3G slide, which malfunctioned and they sent her this phone to replace it. It was a brand new, sealed device. She used it, in a case, for about a week and a half, before taking my Sensation when my Galaxy S2 arrived. The phone looks brand new and won't disappoint.
