    Hi guys, I wanted to place this in the general message board but I thought it might be wasted on the "unconvinced"
    Today I had to pay an unplanned visit to the Mac store after my girlfriends laptop threw it's toys out of the pram and flatly refuse to start up!
    When we got there, the board said that there were no more appointments available, but the there was one very helpful guy that took on our problem and solved it there and then. It took nearly an hour and it went into his lunch break but he stayed with it until he was satisfied that our laptop would live on and keep her happy. For this great service, there was no charge. Unbelievable.
    I just wanted to add that I visit both the Mac stores in the Orlando area when I visit my family in the States and I get the very same service. Forget that the machines are incredible, the courtesy from their staff members alone is worthy of subscribing to the Mac.
    ....Now if we could only get the Apple to play nice with Blackberry....
