    Hey Guys!

Need some help here! I am wondering if anyone knows of an application for a Mac that will take screen shots, as well as video of your BlackBerry screen.

For Windows, there is Mobiola, which does a great job allowing you to capture video of what your doing on the screen, as well as take videos.

I know there are apps for on the device like CaptureIt that will take some screen shots, but not of all the menus that are needed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

A screen cap of what's displayed on the device when it's connected to the Mac, or just a screen cap of your Mac's screen itself?

With Mobiola I am able to capture a video of my device, like to create a how to, or a picture of the device screen directly from my Mac.

I want it of the device thats connected to the Mac, not of the Mac screen.

Yeah on the PC there is a great app called Mobiola Screen Capture. Looks like I may have to keep my windows partition for now then.

To take a pic of your mac's screen press Command > Shift > and 4 at the same time. Your mouse will turn to a cross hare that when you click and hold will let you drag a gray box over your screen.

So to take a pic of the whole screen just press command, shift, and 4 and put your mouse in a corner, then click and hold and drag to the opposite corner.

To continue with the guy above, command, shift 3 is a full screenshot, but he means a screenshot on his Mac of his devices screen.

CaptureIt will allow you to take screenshots of menus if you set it as a convenience key.

There was an app called RoveMobileViewer, by the company Rove. They have discontinued the app. You might be able to google it and see if you can find it on the net some where..... It did screenshots, video and you can do demonstrations!! I used the app when I was working for a previous company when I did our BB training... Good luck on your searching!

NOTE: try this link that I have found (RoveMobileViewer)
