    Can anyone please help? I've downloaded and installed the latest version of pocketmac and drivers for my macbook. And when i try to run the program, it ends up freezing and not responding......does anyone have any suggestions? please.....

    This is going to be a shot in the dark, but have you tried repairing permissions and then restart the Mac.

    I just did the same thing for my BOLD....worked like a charm soon as I restarted the Mac....give it a couple of tries.

    Also make sure you are in an admin account

    ok guys i have the solution to this go to /users/your user name/library/preferences and delete PocketMac SyncManagerOEM.plist and open the program it shouldn't crash
