    i have a blackberry storm 9500. My macbook does not recognize when i plug it in using my usb cable. I am unable to sync it to my itunes & other media files.
    Anybody can help me with this?

    First of all, this is the wrong section.

    Second, if you go into Options > Memory, is Mass Storage Mode enabled?
    Also, take a look at doubleTwist. It works very well with Macs.

    There are several ways for you to accomplish this task. I sync my Storm using Missing Sync 2.0. Works great for me, though others have had problems. It syncs everything but video, pics and music via bluetooth automatically. For the media sync, I have to use USB. What's nice about the MS software is it writes my iTunes playlists to my phone.
