    Hey,

When I plug my berry into my MAC it doesn't appear on my desktop; it DOES sync but I can't do anything else because I don't have access to it since there is no Berry icon on my desktop or in my hd folder for that matter.

I think it has something to do with the media card but I can't remember.

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thank you!

With the Mac anything and everything you hook up to it, usually pops up on the desktop. The Blackberry will not! Your Mac will recognize the device, but there is no programming on the Mac to create an icon and drop it on the desktop. If you have a media card such as MiniSD installed to your phone, your Mac will see this, and open a HardDrive icon so you can transfer files and ringtones back and forth. For this to happen you have to go into your Options Menu > Media Card, and Enable the Mass Storage device.

If you have a mediacard, it will pop up on the desktop. But not your blackberry.
