    Itunes or Audial hub.

If you rightclick a song in itunes and it says convert to mp3, then go up to your preferences and find the import settings. Change to aac and whatever bitrate you want. Now rightclick and create aac version. They are m4a files

Ahh crap. Triple post. Is there no edit on wap?

I'm adding that you can play with quicktime's export settings. Handbrake is free and can do excelent conversions.

Quicktimes export setting "movie to iPhone" works perfectly with the storm, Im sure for the other blackberrys, "movie to iPod" would work due to similar screen size and resolutions
