So i just got missing for my mac and bb bold and it seems to work great.

    It loaded all my contacts...

it loaded photos from my iphoto...

it even loaded and converted a few videos i wanted to put on there...

But for some reason i cannot get it to read my itunes...

it lets me "check" it off and it says "export music to device"

but when in to select the playlists...it doesnt show that there is any music in there...

has anyone else had this problem?

    am i doing something wrong?

I'm a missing sync user but I honestly don't bother with itunes. You're probably asking what Apple user doesn't bother with itunes. Me. I want my music to stay in mp3 format and I only have a handful of NPR podcasts sitting in itunes. If I want an mp3 file on my phone, I simply drag and drop the file to the media folder of the sd card.

I do the same thing like you on a 8900 and it works fine. Even with intelligent playlists. Maybe it is in the iTunes settings? I allow iTunes to share music in my home environment - maybe this does the trick?

Is there any music on your BB when you go into mass storage mode and look into the folders BlackBerry - Music - MarkSpace? If not it doesn't sync. If there are files your BB messes things up, which could be a hint how to proceed...
