Hey, is anyone out there a MAC user who has downloaded the new OS into the 8900?
Been trying to figure out how to do it to get back all the languages I deleted by mistake.
How can I do it from my MAC?
I got PocketMac for Blackberry but can't seem to figure it out.
    Thanks in advance.

You can't from a Mac. You need either Loader.exe or Desktop Manager which as of now is only available for Windows.

You can however use a program like Boot Camp so you can run both Windows and Mac on your Mac and use the Windows side whenever you need to do BB related things.

Yeah, I heard about Boot Camp and was gonna do it but I needed the Software disk for Windows and I don't own one.
Asked some of my friends if they have it but no one does so... Been trying to find another way.
    Thanks for your reply!

No problem. You can get it on eBay for a decent price.

    Here's one.

2nd link is upgrade, not sure if that'd work.

Running XP on bootcamp and just installed .206 this morning. Worked great.

Keep in mind that even if you run bootcamp or anything like that you can still have problems and it might not work at all. Check the mac forum for more information:

You should definitely talk to the guys and girls on that forum. They helped me when I was thinking of getting a Mac.

And FYI, didn't get a Mac because I can't afford a laptop anymore. Boo.
