I am lost. I just got an iMac this past weekend. It runs on Snow Leopard Mac OS X 10.6. They told me at the apple store that the best software to sync w the iMac was Missing Sync. I downloaded the 2 wk trial and tried to sync. I tried each section separately - calendar first (made a bunch of errors, did not recognize matches, have tons of duplicates, etc), then contacts (received an error that there is a missing cookie and so the contacts cannot sync). I do have the settings set so that the info goes both ways.

HELP!! Is the blackberry DTM that came out in December good, does it work, will I run into tons of problems?

I have read many of the posts on this forum but haven't found my answer....

    thx

Perhaps if you try posting the log from Missing Sync here, it would be easier to offer some help...

Ok, for the contacts exception error, there are two ways to go... This error typically indicates a unicode character on the BlackBerry that Missing Sync doesn't like.

    The two options are either:
    1) Overwrite the BlackBerry with the Mac contact data for one sync - double click the Contacts plugin in Missing Sync to set that option.
    2) Do a sync over Bluetooth, the Unicode characters will sync over Bluetooth, then follow that with a Mac overwrite over USB.
