There are a few threads on this already, but they are all for much older operating systems.

I was wondering if anyone knew any way to install Japanese onto a BB Curve 9310 with OS 7. There is no carrier support and I can't use the Windows software that everyone else uses because I'm on OSX 10.5.8. Unfortunately the desktop software I have is extremely limited and offers nothign in regard to file access or languages. Also, I can't seem to find the appropriate language pack to put in even when I do find where to put it if I can.

    Any ideas?

Your best bet is to use a Windows emulator. I have Parallels Desktop installed on my Mac and it works well. You can do a lot of things but you won't be able to update the OS via virtual Windows. I have updated the OS in the past having installed Windows via Bootcamp but it is a real hassle.
