2 interesting things; first is that it is ver 1.0. Is that not the same as what was leaked?
Second is there is nothing that talks about installing an OS

I'm not even sure what version was leaked for MAC I am not a MAC user I just like to stay up to date on everything blackberry lol... This file is just talking about features and what to expect when it gets launched. About the installing an OS this form is for Tier 2 Tech support reps at vzw who just need to know the in's and out's of the new DM but it won't talk about Installing an OS with this. VZW will send out another one with screen shots and walkthrew's when it gets closer to the time of launch. Hope that helps answer your question.

EDIT: The Form is what is called a QRG (Quick Reference Guide)

Uh-Oh, the version number is the same. Doesn't bode well at all.

Should be close as even AT&T is gearing up for it. Found a KB in AT&T's system for it today.

Doesn't seem any better than the beta leaked. I lost all my contacts and nothing sync'd. Yeah!!

Possibly different build #s. I don't have the new DM downloaded yet so I couldn't tell you for sure if there even is a difference.

Yeah, my official message is, "The connected Blackberry device is not supported by Blackberry Desktop Manager. Try connecting a different device." I suppose I'll be back to PocketMac....

I saw when I was ready to install that the build/modify date was July just like the beta.

I'm not confident that this will work any better than the buggy beta.
I'll pass until a couple of revs.
    I use PocketMac to sync.
I wipe contacts/calendars via Win DM under Parallels and do a one way sync with PocketMac.

Clumsy? Yes. I only need one way sync.

Absolutely nothing works. I just added some events and tasks on my device and did a sync. It appeared to work correctly and even gave me an iSync warning message saying events would be added to my Mac, but the events and tasks are a no show in iCal. Plus, Address book is a total mess. A two-way sync just gives me a "please retry" message, and an overwrite freezes DTM.
