I just bought an imac the other week and I can not figure out how to connect my storm to it. I plug it in to the USB but the mac doesn't see it. I DL'd pocketmac and still nothing.

    What software do I need?

Thanks in advance for the help.

after a lot more searching, i found somewhat of an answer.

It seems that you need to change some settings in the "memory" area under "options".

    Here's what I did....

Went to Options, then to Memory.....

    Media Card Support... On
    Encryption Mode... None
    Media Transfer Protocol... On
    Mass Storage Mode Support... On
Auto Enable Mass Storage When Connected... On

Then I synced with Pocketmac and now can find my Storm as an additional "drive" on my mac.

Now, since I've converted all my iTunes music to MP3, I can drag and drop the MP3 versions into the music folder of my Storm.

I set all those settings on my Blackberry Bold 9700 and it never comes up with the message "Enter Mass Storage Mode" when I plug in the USB. It used to work but now all of a sudden, it never recognizes it. I have a MacBook PLEASE HELP

Have the Auto Enable on ON not Prompt. If its not seeing it, you have it OFF. If you arent seeing a Prompt, you have it On or Off. Have it on.

Click on the HD icon on the dekstop, you will see the berry icon on sidebar or toolbar, Mac calls it
