Completely new to the blackberry and mac world- downloaded the desktop manager for mac when it first came out. Was wondering if there is a way to set it so the blackberry automatically overwrites everything on the mac- ical, contacts, the whole shabang?
    help!!

Do you have anything on your mac you want to save? If so, archive your iCal and Address Book, then proceed.

    Address Book:

    delete: user/Username/Library/Application Support/AddressBook

    iCal:

    delete: user/username/Library/Calendars

This will delete ALL calendars and address book entries.

    1. Connect device
    2. Start DMFM
    3. Select Calendar, Sync Calendar (Two Way), select sync all calendars
    4. Select Contacts, Sync Contacts (Two Way), select All contacts and groups
    5. Click on sync button (upper right)
    6. A pop up will come up that asks: Replace data on device or Merge
    7. Select Merge.
