I am going back to .76 now, I have had it. it has crashed on me like 3 times, where I didnt have a single problem with .76

it may have a slower response time for the accelerometer, but I can deal with that.

at least until a new updated version comes out. Yes I am aware that .83 is leaked, not official, and that is probably why its so buggy. I hope they fix the problems with it.

I also upgraded to .83 and my phone lagged, some of my apps were would not work or were slooow to open, and i couldnt use the youtube app (everytime i tried to play a video i received an error message). I decided to downgrade back to .76 and my phone has been working great ever since.

I gave up on .83 last night as well and rolled back to .76. Got stuck on the Verizon screen requiring battery pulls one too many times. Plus the blue highlight now tracks my fingers on the icons once again; something that wa removed from .83.

... but I tried to downgrade from .83 to .75 and kept getting a fatal error. Wiped with JL_Cmdr and everything. No dice.

    Anyone else have this issue?

I have .83 on my phone, don't like it. I am sending the phone back when my replacement comes today, I know people have mentioned this, but, should I downgrade to the official .75 from VZW?

If you have a backup from any other version, it should revert to this. The reason I say that is because I have upgraded to .76 and .83 and both times I made the mistake of restoring some information that I thought I should have on there and it reverted back to an earlier version. So if you do a restore and it doesn't revert back, not sure what to tell if you if you've used JL_CMDR and still no dice.

I would. I would never send the carrier back their device with unreleased software on it.
