I'm a fairly new newbie. Why is it that when I've got a number stored in my device that when I get a call sometimes the name appears on the screen and other times, it just gives the number. It's so frustrating especially when I answer and know that the number is stored?????????????????????/

The number has to match exactly what is stored in your address book. Enabling content protection including the address book, or incorrect smart dialing settings can interfere with the caller recognition.
