    New to CrackBerry!

Currently using an iPhone 5 (which is my first smartphone). Decided that I need to ditch Apple for something better. After some extensive research, I decided to try BlackBerry.

Bought a Q10 on eBay. After a few minutes of playing with it, I realized that BB10 annihilates iOS 7. Everything just flows much better. The only problem was that I've gotten used to a larger screen. So after a week of playing with it, I decided to purchase a Z10 on eBay for dirt cheap ($140). The Z10 just came in today and it works great. Now I have to decide between the Q10 vs the Z10.

I already installed 10.2.0.429 on the Q10 via Sachesi. The Z10 is running 10.1.0.2039.
I want to install some of the newer ones on both devices (.1055 or .1925) but I can't get it to work on my PC.

Once I figure it out, I'll make the official switch to BlackBerry and I'll ditch my iPhone

Loading a leak is fairly easy, download the autoloader, plug the device to the PC (it must be recognized but since you got A aches working they are being found) and run the autoloader.

Just make sure you get the right autoloader for your device (I have a STL-100-2, so the STL-100-1 autoloader would do me no good - and some bad).

    Good luck!

Yes the key is to find the correct autoloader for your device. Download it, unzip the file. Plug your phone in and run the exe file.
Also, 1925 is my recommendation over 1055. It's newer and smoother. Remember to give it a couple of days to settle in. You won't have great battery life for up to 48 hours. After that, all will be smooth and you won't regret going to 10.2.1.1925. Enjoy and welcome to CB.

I tried following the directions on http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-ti...chibar-812685/

I downloaded the file, used WinRAR to extract it, plugged my phone in, then when I tried running the .EXE File, nothing happened. Any suggestions?

Do you have the latest version of BlackBerry Link installed on your PC? Does Link recognize your device?

I had been a long time BlackBerry user but had made the switch to iPhone. Although the iPhone 5 is a great device with good build quality and a large app market there was something that was just missing. I found it in the BlackBerry Q10. I have installed the 1055 leak and

The Q was nice but I couldn't get used to the small screen. Using a Z10 now but the battery life isn't all that great. Ordered a Z30 on eBay. It should be here in the next few days. I guess I just can't make up my mind

If the Z30 is as good as everyone says it is, I'll be using that for a while. At least until Blackberry releases a new phone with a physical keyboard and a larger screen. Hopefully we'll see a Q30 this year.

Z30 is amazing man, is so good, that I'm a die hard physical keyboard guy, but the Z30 realy made me thinking.... Feels so much better than the z10 in every way. Better materials, more solid, better screen color wise.... it feels expensive.
