So I just got a Pearl 8100 with tmo and im having a lil trouble getting aquinted on it but im managing but I think i need to upgrade my OS...i think im running a 4.2? And I keep hearing about a 4.5 or 4.7? Also I have my AOL email account and my BB email account on there but i keep getting them on my SMS as well is there any way that I can just have them appear on the email side not the SMS side? Thanks again for any help feedback or directions or forums refferences on this!
Yes u can separate ur sms/mms and ur email in boxes-but I'm faorly new to so wen I set it up I forget wat options u go into 4 it & I have a 8330 curve so not sure if menu wuld be the same. Try this see if it works for u- go to message icon-press menu(bb key)-options-general options-scroll down till u see sms&email inboxes-click on that and there shuld be an opt for "separate". Press ur bb button again and save-wen u go to ur home screen u should have seprt boxes then-hope that helps&works for u! Good luck!
