I was showing something to a friend and she shocked my phone and it went black and the LED light came on. Eventually the screen came back and the little "please wait" circle came on for about 10 mins. After everything finally loaded I noticed that I had 2 new apps...AOL Instant Messager and ICQ. What the heck happened??? And some of my icons are messed up and rearranged now. Is my BB okay?
Yeah, it should be. If you have everything saved on your phone into a back up file, I would recommend wiping the device, and starting fresh, just to be sure.
