new to this forumn so hope I may be able to solve this problem with my sons 9900 before it cost me money, lol.
basically its nuked, so ive followed the info on here to reload os, but after the usbpin unknown sreen I get asked for a device password giving me 10 attemps, we,ve tried every password we know but cannot get past this screen, any ideas anyone please?

but in the nuked tutorial it says nothing of this password screen, also we definatly know what the password is but still no joy, wiping it to reinstall is what I want to do.
