Hey everyone,

So i bought my first ever Blackberry (bold) I love it.

One problem though!!!

This is the second time i have had this error, when tryin to access the camera, message popped up "must close other applications before accessing the camera"

the thing is there was nothing open at the time, everything was closes, according to the side button just the (cal log, browser, home, messages, and bbm) but all are not active.

my final resort was to pull the battery.

any help, pllllllllllllllllease!!!!

If it still doesn't work after a battery pull, you need to ask your carrier for a new replacement.

Everyones right. You don't want it happening alot. Exchange it while you can. It's an amazing phone when everything is working properly.
