I've seen pic of a pink curve. Where can you get the faceplate & battery cover in this color?? I don't want just a skin. Anyone got any ideas? Please help this poor pink loving newbie!

Only one I know about is for the 8310

BlackBerry Curve 8310 OEM Pink faceplate set- Motorola, HTC, Apple, Acer, 3G, Nokia, Sony, SonyEricsson, Tools, Mobiado, Alcat

Even though you have the Curve 8330, you can order the pink 8310 BB Curve case from CNN.CN... it will still fit your 8330. I have the gold 8320 from TMOBILE and I changed my case to pink and it fits perfectly. I believe the 8300, 8310, 8320 & 8330 are the exact same size.

I didn't search, but I was just wondering if anyone's ever sent their BB in to Colorware to have it altered?

Welcome to CB. As someone posted, checkout cnn.nn they have the cases.
@ ccfixx- yes alot of members have sent their devices to Coloware. Word is they do a good job.

yea cnn.cn is good i just ordered a pink one for my gf... but for some reason the bottom piece never came with the set... so im still waiting on them to stock it i dunno why.

I believe the 8300, 8310, 8320 & 8330 are the exact same size.

They're not, actually. They are slightly different in size and other minor external things (LED placement, etc) You'll need a model-specific housing.

Correct. the 8300, 8310, 8320 are thinner, Led light, and speaker are higher. then the 8330.....

colorware DOES void the warranty. people who want to avoid that just purchase another housing and replace it with the original one then send it to colorware pc. i've heard and read good reviews about them. i would do mine now, but there's no housing for my 8330 yet

So I just got this curve yesterday and was complaining to someone who works for Verizon that I love the phone but hate the color and they told me they just got an email yesterday regarding Verizon getting a PINK curve tomorrow! I hope they get it within my 30 days so I can exchange! She is supposed to call me if they get them in so I can get one before they sell out! Keep your fingers crossed!

I just ordered that pink housing...I'm a little nervous about putting it on though...is it hard?

Also, does it fit nice and tight, just like the original?

Called the store this AM and said it was not in stock yet to try back in the middle of the week. He thought that they would be about 2 weeks out! As long as I can switch and get it within my 30 days....
