    When using BB Chat, do you contact the other user by PIN number or by phone number? I saw somebody on here say "gimmie some PIN"...I was wondering why they would want someone elses PIN.. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

    On BB chat you would be using the persons PIN number.
    PIN message would be using Data unlike SMS.

    Some people like to chat via pin. It uses data and costs nothing. Try searching the forums for blackberry messenger and you will find lots of information on this.
