    Hi all. New to bbm. I have it on iphone. Got it today. Only problem is that if i send or recieve a image / picture the app crashes and keeps crazhing until i delete the messages in thr chat. Any ideas on how to fix this little annoying issue ? Thx

    First, welcome to BBM! Hopefully you love it as much as we do!

    I hate to hear your first experience isnt going so well. I dont believe this is a wide known issue and might have to do with the iphone release. I do know that there is an upgrade to BBM coming for iphone users! In the meantime, you might want to delete the app and reload it. Sometimes that can work out any bugs you might be experiencing!

    Otherwise, hang in there. Help is on the way

    Just to inform anyone who looks at this. The fault is the apple 7.0.3 update that is crashing the app when sending or recieving attachments. Hopefully Blackberry will be onto this asap to fix the problem

    I agree, I have a few friends on iPhones and it would be great to have all party's BBM working the way it should.
