Options > Adavanced Options > Applications > check to see if BlackBerry Attachment Service is on the list. If not, connect to DM and run the App. Loader and put a check in the box in front of BB Attachment Service.
Then go here: Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > menu > Register Now
When you get the conformation message, check to make sure the Attachment Service is in the Apllication list.
Then when you get an email with an attachment, just click on it and it will open.
