I just got my first Blackberry today--Curve 8320! I have some questions that I can't seem to find the answer to.

Is there a key where I can quickly hold to switch to a Silent Mode? My Samsung had the option where if I held the "#" key, it will turn into Silent Mode.

Is there a way where I can erase ALL my messages at once?

Is there a way where I can erase my WHOLE entire address book?

You can clear the address book database by using Desktop Manager's Backup/Restore Advanced feature and clearing the database for Address book (right hand side.) I recommend making a backup first.

Welcome Berry, I'm new here as well. I have a BB Pearl and will probably upgrade soon. It's a hard decision between the Curve and the 8820. Once you get used to using the new toy, lemme know how you like it.
