Hello from Vancouver BC (Olympic city 2010 where canada kicked ****!) Lol. So I had a friend message me and say that to help bb performance I could clear all logs (instructions were on home screen hold ALT key and type "lglg" and then click the blackberry button and scroll to "clear log") just wondering if this would wipe the bb cause that would be terrible!
Please help! Lol.

Clearing the log as you describe is harmless. It's also unlikely to make any noticeable difference in performance. The amount of memory used in the logs is too small to worry about recovering.
On top of them being really small they re-generate with every action made on the device so to keep them cleared you would have to do nothing on your BB and also constantly keep clearing them. A battle that you can not win.
