Hi new here just got a BB Curve 8320 on tmobile network. I'm trying to download the desktop app off of the bb website. When I run the download its asking for a communication port but won't let me select anything. I have my bb connected to my laptop. I also can't find where they installed my desktop software either. Is there anything out there better than the desktop app from bb? Thanks.
You are stuck with the Blackberry Desktop App for your Blackberry. Should see your USB connection as DM installs the USB drivers needed.
