Teal's directions will get you your pin. In order to start using BBM you'll need to add contacts by using THIER pin. Have fun with it and welcome to CB.

Another way to quickly see battery %, PIN, and OS version is alt-shift-H, which brings up help.

I went into Options, Advanced Options, Applications. However, I can't find Blackberry Messenger. I went to the Blackberry website to download it, but the Blackberry Device Software is not 4.0 or 4.1. Is it really missing, or am I doing something wrong?
