just got my BB 8300 last week, and already have become addicted...just now learning how to put music videos and movies on it. This site has been great for tips on what to do and where to go to get the full function out of my BB. I'd type some more, but it would take time away from using my BB.

Hey Baroness..Nice to see a fellow Alaskan on here. I was never a fan of At&T when they were here b4, and really dont like ACS much either, so I switched over to GCI. We'll see how they are. With AT&T here now, maybe we'll see a push on some of the newer models of phones up here.

AT&T took over CellOne??? I wish they have bought em out when I was stationed at Eielson. But yeah...I never looked twice at getting cell phone service from ACS but I had their cable and internet.

In some cases. Gas cost more in Cal. then Alaska. It is at about $3.39 a Gal right now in Anchorage. Up to $3.49 in Fairbanks area.

I want to to Denali.

They recently made a movie about a guy who travels to Alaska.

It was really good they captured the beauty of alaska

I lived in the Aleutian Islands and Anchorage for 15 years before moving back down south. I loved living there.

I was with AT&T up there before they were Cellular One, and stayed with Cellular One until I moved down south. Was with Verizon for a short time, and now back to AT&T.
