Hello Everyone this is my first BB. Im in love with my Curve, I am beginning to wonder why did I ever those Crappy Windows Mobile Phones in the first place????

Is there anyway to sync my contacts to my laptop? I plug in the cable and there is nothing.

you have to install BlackBerry Desktop Manager - - it's on intallation disk or you can download it from BlackBerry web site

I had the Mogul and I went through 4 of those phones in from March until Oct 20 (2 weeks ago). The Windows kept freezing and kept rebooting itself. I could never sync it due to a software issue even tho I had Windows 6.1 and my laptop had Vista. It was getting to the point that I had to be the Irate/Anal Customer to threaten them I would leave to get a BB. I have never had any issues and should gotten this curve from the jump.
