Hi. I need some help. I did a battery pull, with my BB on, and when it came back on my free file memory was less than before the battery pull. Why is this?

I moved all of my pics to the media card, and deleted any ringtones that were stored on the device before I did the battery pull. Also I have only one app that I installed that didn't come with the phone and that is Mypoynt. Any help will be appreciated.

I was looking at the file free numbers. Is that the number I should be looking at?

How long have you been pulling your battery and checking your free file? The reason I ask is, if you know how to do that then after you installed Mypoynt did you notice anything different?

ya you need to optimize your memory if you get about 3 mb lower you will start to lose call logs and text messages
