i consider my self very good at computers so i thought that naturaly a blackberry would be second nature everything is but when i try and hook up my curve to the media program roxio that way i can set up some ringtones because i do not have the internet service it says there is NO DEVICE CONected however the computer is reading that i have my phone hooked up thanks
Try turning mass storage to on & Media card support( this is your memory card). Go to options > advanced options> media card. Also enable ayto mass storage mode when connected to on.
