I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I just got my BB and I am trying to access the internet, but can't. I click on the browser and it brings me to the page displaying my email addresses, the services and settings, help, end-user agreement, and logout links. I am a newbie, so its probably something stupid that I am not doing.

Any help will be great, thankss.

Do you have a BB data plan? Try pressing menu and close to close out the browser, then click on the browser again.

Yes, I do. I have the BB Email and Web plan from Verizon at $29.99 per month. That should allow me to have internet access, no? The email works for me great, just not the internet.

Can you put that in layman's terms? What's the "menu and close to close out the browser?"

Do you mean press the menu AND close button at the same time in order to close the browser?

What's the close button? is that the hangup?
