Hi, I realized that there are already a lot of threads dedicated to this problem, but the widely accepted solution doesnt work for me.

Everyone says all you need to do is follow this file path and modify some files in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USER NAME]\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\

However, I cant find this folder/it doesnt exist on my computer. so when i try to sync my calendar with my bb, i keep getting errors.

What can I do?

If that folder doesn't exist then you might not have Desktop Manager installed properly.

Are you using Vista? If so the folder scheme might be different. Try looking in C:\Users\[username] etc...
