I am new to bb and i like it pretty well .
I'm relatively up on things .
However when i learned of the new curve update os 4.3.1 or 4.5 not sure
I now have 4.5 for desktop manager and downloaded the 79 meg file labeled os4.3.1 from a link recommended by one of you user posts.
So how do I get the new operating system on my bb so i can start recording sound and video among other things.
v4.3xx was an interm release. Your much better off with the later v4.5xx OS posted above. The biggest advantage, it is not beta software, it is accepted for use by some carriers, the rest will follow suit soon.
You will need a Windows computer and a copy of BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Follow the instructions in the post.
