Hey as you can tell by my questions i am brand new bb user and brand new to crackberry.......how do i increase ring volume on bb pearl 8130,,,,,also i downloaded several ringtones from crackberry but only one worked,,,,ones that dont work state improper format,,,,the one that worked was mps digital the rest were mps mono,,,,,any suggestions........

Only need help with increasing ring volume....any ideas would be appreciated....

Use a program called MP3Gain on your computer to increase the volume of the sound files.

Also, check your audio Profiles on the device to be sure that the volume for the phone ringing is turned up.

Have the same question but on my 8230 Pearl flip. Can't hear the ringer hardly at all.
