    Everytime I try to load a new application on my 8100, I lose my internet browser and I can not play music. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

    Example of the application you're trying to install. Also, are you doing it using Desktop Manager (DM), or OTA?

    I am using the DM program. I end up having to wipe the phone and re-install everything. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Okay, I messed with my BB last night for about 3 hours. This is what I found out; When I load an application on to my pearl, whether its a game or application program, the BB goes through a "re-boot". After this re-boot, I do not have my internet icon. However, I noticed that my phone is not connected to the network. When I turn on the network, then the internet icons appear. At least I think this is what is happening.

    Does this make sense, or am I still doing something wrong?
