im new to updating/loading new OS's on my phone...basically my problem is that i messed up then deleted my OS folder on my laptop..nd have no idea what to do to get another copy since the verizon website has no download link for it
There are several os upgrade/downgrade tutorials in the tips section of crackberry. - also remember seeing os upgrades on the offficial blackberry website. I'm new too so - hope that helps.
