    I bought the blackberry q10 yesterday this is my very first blackberry phone im getting the hang of it,but my only issue is that i can't change or find the settings to changeit from personal to work how do I do it?

    Hello! As far as I know, blackberry balance is possible only on BES (Business Enterprise) devices, not on personal ones. If your phone has BES, then you can separate Personal from Work. Mine, a Z10, personal phone, does not have this feature.

    Hi,

    All BB10 devices supports Personal and Work - call "BlackBerry Balance". When you start your device the "Personal" space is active and only by activating the device against BES 10 the Work space will be created.

    BES 10 will provide some management (IT policies, WiFi profiles, Email profiles etc.) as well as VPN functionality, meaning traffic from Work apps will be tunneled to the BES 10 server. This is usefull for browsing files on the LAN, accessing Intranet servers etc.

    Just add your work email and if it's on a BES10, then you will have Balance activated. To access the different sides, pull down from the apps screen.
