I need to get the phone to RING MORE TIMES and cannot find this feature at all and its making me nuts! Currently it rings 1x so of course I miss all my calls.
If you log into your voice mail and goto options and there should be addition options for this. I know bell has it when I call in and I changed mine to 8 rings.
If not as posted above call customer service.
I also use the soo vibandring. And I can set my actual ring and vibrate to stay on for the whole time with no pauses
